Alex V. Henderson is a veteran journalist who covers political, social, business, legal and financial topics as well as arts and entertainment. His topics have included civil liberties, the economy, poverty, unemployment, the War on Drugs, health care reform, corporate responsibility, U.S. foreign policy, the Prison/Industrial Complex, climate change and the environment. He also has considerable experience with technical writing, copy and content and editing/proofreading projects.

Henderson has written numerous liner notes, bios and press releases for many well known record companies, including Verve, Concord, MCA/Universal, Island, GNP Crescendo, Chesky, Delicious Vinyl, TSR, Rhino, Funkytown Grooves, Priority, Del-Fi and Challenge. And he has interviewed a long list of major musicians in rock (Heart, Berlin, Martha Davis, Megadeth, Steven Van Zandt, Testament) and R&B (Philip Bailey, Barry White, Stephanie Mills, Bobby Brown) as well as jazz (Sonny Rollins, Dizzy Gillespie, Chick Corea, Tito Puente, Stanley Clarke, Frank Morgan, Sheila Jordan, Scott Hamilton).
